Over the weekend, Youth for Tomorrow held their 31st annual Country Fair and Auctions in Bristow.
There was plenty of fun to be had, with live entertainment, a petting zoo, food, face painting, rides, amusements, and the live auction.
Several great auction items were donated by area organizations including tickets to see A Christmas Carol at Fords Theater, a week-long stay at a Villa in Palm Springs, and a diamond and white gold tennis bracelet from Quest Jewelers.
The event is run each year as a way to raise funds for Youth for Tomorrow’s programs, which focus on helping children in need.
Youth for Tomorrow’s Founder Joe Gibbs provided remarks during the live auction, and spoke about the community’s involvement in making the organization a success.
“You guys – not me, no one else – you guys did this. So this community did this,” said Gibbs.
