December 4 will be a day of reflection and anticipation for what the future has in store.
Supervisor Frank Principi is hosting a “New Woodbridge” town hall, according to a release from the Woodbridge District Supervisor office.
It’s the last one he will lead as a member of the Board of County Supervisors (BOCS).
The Neabsco Creek dredging and other projects that have been completed since Principi was elected 12 years ago are going to be discussed at the free event, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
It will occur at the Ferlazzo Building, 15941 Donald Curtis Drive in Woodbridge.
Future road work that is expected to link Annapolis Way with Route 123, and Horner Road with Marina Way is also being covered.
Attendees are going to receive an update on the Fast Ferry service, as well.
“With a Request for Information issued by OmniRide, eight studies completed and discussions with industry players across the country, Fast Ferry is closer to becoming a reality in Prince William than ever before,” Principi said in a release.
Those planning to attend are asked to register on eventbrite.
