The Lutheran Church of the Covenant and the Woodbridge Rotary are teaming up for a ‘Stop Hunger Now’ event in Dale City.
According to a release, the group will be meeting on January 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 15008 Cloverdale Road to package 20,000 meals for the area’s hungry.
“People of all ages can help so plan on bringing family, friends and anyone you’ve ever talked to about Rotary. It is super fun and watching the cases and cases of meals grow is really fulfilling,” stated a release.
