Some winter weather is expected tonight and tomorrow, which could impact your commute on Thursday.
In spite of the warmer weather of the past few days, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook.
“There is the potential for accumulating snow late tonight…especially near the Baltimore Metropolitan Area,” stated NWS for tonight’s weather forecast.
According to a release, NWS stated that snow showers are expected Thursday afternoon and could impact Thursday’s commute as well.
Here’s what the NWS is forecasting for Thursday:
Snow, possibly mixed with rain before noon, then a chance of snow showers. Temperature falling to around 36 by 5pm. Northwest wind 15 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
