The Virginia Lottery has another winner from Prince William County.
Jerome Smith recently purchased a 5 Million Dollar Payday ticket from the Wawa that stands at 2051 Daniel Stuart Square in Woodbridge.
The scratcher led to him winning $200,000, the second highest prize a player can win, according to a release from the Virginia Lottery.
An engineer who lives in Woodbridge, Smith said he might use it to treat himself and save the remainder.
He is the second player who has won $200,000 during this game. Two $200,000 prizes haven’t been claimed.
Individuals have a 1 in 1,530,000 chance of getting the highest prize, which is $5 million. There is a 1 in 3.05 possibility of winning any 5 Million Dollar Payday prize.
Smith is the second Woodbridge resident to win the Virginia Lottery recently.
Jacquelyn Lombos of Woodbridge won $1 million after buying a Millionaire Maker ticket.
