Has COVID-19 made it difficult for you to pay your water bill this year?
You could receive some assistance through the COVID-19 Municipal Utility Relief Program that the Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA) established.
PWCSA runs a wastewater treatment plant in Woodbridge and various programs, including its free Water Academy and Water Art Invitational.
The COVID-19 Municipal Utility Relief Program is offered for customers with unpaid bills whose income has been affected by the Coronavirus, according to a release from the PWCSA.
Those interested should apply by 5 p.m. on January 21. They may do this by visiting the Service Authority website or calling (703) 335-7950.
Applications available in various languages – English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Korean – can be printed from the website and faxed to (703) 335-8949.
The utility company is also accepting applications via email – CustomerService@pwcsa.org – and mail – PWCSA Customer Service, P.O. Box 2266, Woodbridge, VA 22195-2266
Additionally, customers may bring them to the Raymond Spittle Building, 4 County Complex Court in Woodbridge or place them in drop boxes at these locations:

- Neabsco Maintenance Facility, 15801 Neabsco Road in Woodbridge
