How is water powerful?
Area high schoolers will be able to provide a response in a virtual competition.
The Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA) is accepting entries for its Water Art Invitational.
Homeschooled, private and public school students may participate by providing entries for the following categories: painting/drawing, computer graphics, photography and mixed media.
Submissions, which are due at 4 p.m. on February 12, will be posted on the PWCSA website.
The Service Authority is planning to announce the winners on its website and social media on March 11.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the students and their art teachers, and winners will be able to have their pieces displayed at facilities operated by the PWCSA.
