A new Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Woodbridge is now open.
The location, across from Freedom High School and Northern Virginia Community College’s Woodbridge campus, is situated below The Flats at Neabsco apartments at 2701 Neabsco Common Place Unit #128, is one of several businesses opening as part of the mixed-use development.
A Vietnamese restaurant, spa, and crossfit gym will also be opening next door to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
