Local residents will be able to learn more about the environment at a family-friendly program.
The inaugural Trick-or-Treatment is taking place in Woodbridge on October 28.
Activities and tours of a wastewater treatment plant will be offered at the event.
Hosted by the Prince William County Supervisor Authority (PWCSA), the Trick-or-Treatment begins at 10 a.m., according to a release from PWCSA. The free program runs until 2 p.m. at the H.L. Mooney Advanced Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 1861 Rippon Boulevard.
Extra parking can be found at Mar G. Porter Traditional School, 15311 Forest Grove Drive. Free shuttles will be offered.
Attendees may wear costumes that don’t feature weapons and aren’t potentially offensive.
