During the past few weeks, the region has received a fair amount of winter weather that has caused COVID-19 vaccine appointments to be canceled.
Many county residents are also due or overdue to receive their second dose.
Individuals who fall in either category may need to reach out to the Prince William Health District (PWHD) Call Center, according to a release.
Anyone who is due for the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine or will be due in a few days and haven’t been contacted to set up an appointment should call the center.
Community members are also encouraged to reach out if their appointment was canceled as a result of inclement weather.
Those who fall in any of these three categories can call (703) 872-7759 and choose option #3. The PWHD Call Center is open between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. seven days a week.
The PWHD has two COVID Vaccination Clinics. Here is more information about their locations and operating hours:
- Manassas Mall, 8300 Sudley Road in Manassas. Patients should go through the Manassas Mall door that’s located between Uptown Alley and Macy’s and turn right.
