The Prince William Board of County Supervisors (BOCS) will look at whether or not to approve a project to bring a Taco Bell, an Autobell car wash, and a Firestone tire store to Route 28.
Set for the September 5 BOCS agenda, company Pavilion Capital is seeking special use permits (SUP) for the project.
According to county documents, the three businesses would be located at 11013 and 11017 Nokesville Road in Manassas. The site currently has vacant structures that appear abandoned.
Back in May the county’s Planning Commission voted to approve the projects, and now it will be up to BOCS if they move forward.
