Prince William County is being led by a new group of representatives.
A swearing-in ceremony was held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas on Monday.
Prince William County Director of Communications Jason Grant served as the event’s Emcee.
“Tonight, the men and women who were duly elected by the people of Prince William County take their oath and affirm their commitment to serve our community and begin their term in office as we begin a new chapter in the history of Prince William County, Virginia,” Grant said.
The participants included members of the Board of County Supervisors (BOCS) — Chair Ann Wheeler, Potomac District Supervisor Andrea Bailey, Brentsville District Supervisor Jeanine Lawson, Coles District Supervisor Yesli Vega, Gainesville District Supervisor Pete Candland, Neabsco District Supervisor Victor Angry, Occoquan District Supervisor Kenny Boddye, Woodbridge District Supervisor Margaret Angela Franklin.
Sheriff Glen Hill and Commonwealth’s Attorney Amy Ashworth were sworn into office, as well.
