There’s a new spot to eat at Stonebridge at the Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge.
Sushi Jin, an area restaurant chain, has opened it’s doors across from Brixx Pizza, Wegman’s, and Zoe’s Kitchen. The sushi restaurant replaced the Bluberi frozen yogurt shop at 14901 Potomac Town Place, #135.
Sushi Jin offers traditional Japanese sushi fare, including sushi rolls, and sashimi. They also offer some more eclectic items, like the ‘Woodbridge Roll’ which has shrimp, eel, crab stick, cream cheese, avocado, and masago, and the ‘Ex-Girlfriend’ which has crunchy spicy shrimp, wasabi tobbiko, red tobbiko, salmon, and rice paper on top of a balsamic teriyaki sauce.
They intend to expand their menu to include non-sushi items when the location has gotten more settled, according to wait staff.
According to Sushi Jin’s website, the chain has other locations in Silver Spring, Fairfax, and Alexandria.
