Details of a summer program will be shared with local parents and guardians.
Leadership Prince William (LPW) is holding a meeting about its Summer Youth Academy (SYA), according to a release from LPW.
SYA is a two-program that helps seventh- through ninth-graders develop leadership, team-building and communication skills.
This year’s academy is being held from July 13 to July 24, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
LPW is accepting applications.
Slated for March 11, the SYA meeting is running from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Osbourn High School, 1977 Eagle Way in Manassas.
Attendees will be able to hear a presentation and learn more about the program and scholarships.
