A new Krispy Kreme location in Manassas officially opened its doors this morning at 6 a.m.
The Krispy Kreme, located in the Davis Ford Crossing shopping center at 9870 Liberia Avenue, is hosting a grand opening celebration today with a DJ, face painting, games, and more.
Cars were lined up all across the shopping center to wait in the drive-thru line for the famous donuts.
One employee said that customers had camped out overnight to make sure they were among the first 100 to receive the free donuts.
“We had our first 100 – the first 100 [customers] receive a dozen donuts free for a month, for the year…we’ve got lots of stuff going on today – music, face painting, we’re giving away lots of prizes, and lots of donuts,” said Krispy Kreme Director of Operations Mauricio Rivas.
