A student art exhibit is available for viewing at The Hall at City Hall in Manassas.
The exhibit, which features artwork from several Osbourn High School students, will be displayed from now until May 23, according to a release.
“This is the work of five different art classes of incredibly talented students who painted, sculpted and created these amazing pieces of art,” stated a release.
More on the exhibit, from a release:
One piece, created by several Osbourn students, uses analog photography, something most of these students had not been exposed to. Mobile devices place photography at their fingertips. Teachers at Osbourn High School have brought back this art form so that students can better understand exposures and appreciate the progress made in photography over the last 190 years.
Other artists, like Madeleine Houser, used acrylic paint to portray nature and their surroundings. These are just two of the artists to exhibit and the thirteenth year that Osbourn High School students have displayed their work at City Hall.
The exhibit is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., stated a release.
