The former drive-thru McDonald’s across from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Woodbridge is now becoming a new Starbucks location.
The property, located at the corner of Worth Avenue and Prince William Parkway, will be a drive-thru only Starbucks location, stated county documents.
The 876 square-foot parcel is currently owned by Sunoco and is going through the county permitting process.
According to county documents, the existing structure would be remodeled, and one of the drive-thru lanes used when the McDonald’s was in operation would be removed.
The hearing on the permit request to begin the project is on May 9 at the McCoart Building at 7:30 p.m. in Woodbridge.
Another standalone Starbucks location is being proposed in Dale City.
