On April 9, Project Mend-a-House, the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington will be hosting their 2nd annual Spring into Health fair.
The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Dale City at the Hylton Boys & Girls Club at 5070 Dale Boulevard, according to a release.
According to a release, the fair is a good opportunity for individuals to check on their health and ask questions of medical professionals, as well as learn what resources are available to your family.
The free screenings include:
Baseline Impact Concussion Screening by Novant/UVA Prince William Health System
Mobility Screening by Dynamics Physical Therapy
Balance Assessment by Fusion Physical Therapy and Results Physical Therapy
Vein Screening by The Vascular Institute of Virginia
Pediatric Dentistry Assessment by BriteStar Pediatric Dentistry
Vision & Hearing Screenings by the Dale City Lions Club
Blood Pressure / Body Composition by Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center
A1C Screening by Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center

Chiropractic Assessment by Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center
There will be five $100 Visa gift cards and other door prizes for attendees of the fair, stated a release. There will also be free chair massages, a Wii van, a fitness play zone for kids, and more.
