A new brewery is opening in Manassas.
According to a release, the Sinistral Brewing Company is planning to open a 3,500 square foot brewery space at 9423 Main Street, next to the Philly Tavern.
The brewery will have a 7-barrel brew space, taproom, and beer garden, stated a release.
“The City of Manassas is excited to welcome Sinistral Brewing to our Historic Downtown. The City of Manassas has quickly become the location of choice for craft brewers and distilleries because of our unique, vibrant and business friendly environment,” stated City Manager W. Patrick Pate in a release.

Direct from owner and head brewer Blane Perry’s passion for the art and craft of brewing, Sinistral Brewing Company will offer a selection of flagship beers, rotating seasonal specialties and experimental beers using locally sourced ingredients. Flight tastings, pints and crowler fills will all be available.
“Sinistral Brewing Company will be both a destination for craft beer aficionados and a fun, neighborhood hang out for beer lovers in Historic Downtown Manassas. The opportunity to bring my love of craft beer and brewing to the Northern Virginia craft brewing scene is a dream come true for me,” said Blane Perry, of the planned opening.
Sinistral Brewing Company has their opening slated for next summer.
