Need to get rid of some documents you no longer need? Then come to the free Prince William Community Document Shred on May 6.
The shredding will be happening from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Prince William County Landfill at 14811 Dumfries Road and the Balls Ford Road Yard Waste Compost Facility at 13000 Balls Ford Road.
Shredding will only be for residents – businesses will not be able to shred documents at this event.
“Accepting confidential documents only. Non confidential documents should be recycled curb side or at the citizen drop-off facilities,” stated a release.
