Different services will be returning to local communities next year.
Several dates for the 2024 Seals on Wheels have been set.
Circuit Court Clerk Jackie Smith established the program, which assists community members one Saturday a month, according to a release from the Circuit Court Clerk.
Name changes, concealed handgun permits, marriage licenses, and notary oaths are some of the services provided.

These are the Seals on Wheels dates that have been scheduled so far:
- February 17, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Montclair Library, 5049 Waterway Drive
- March 9, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Manassas City Library, 10104 Dumfries Road
- April 20, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Bull Run Library, 8051 Ashton Avenue
- May 18, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Dale City Library, 4249 Dale Boulevard
- June 15, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Dumfries Library, 18115 Triangle Shopping Plaza
- July 13, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Potomac Library, 2201 Opitz Boulevard in Woodbridge
Additional dates for 2024 will be set.
