Are you interested in supporting a non-profit this holiday season?
The Salvation Army is looking for volunteer bell ringers. Through the Register to Ring website, organizations and individuals may sign up for shifts that last at least 2 hours.
A kettle and bell will be set up when they arrive, according to the Register to Ring website.
There are also options for those unable to ring the bell.
Community members can donate online or serve as a virtual ringer by encouraging others to contribute.
Donations collected through the Red Kettle Campaign supports the local community.
