At first, its food was served at festivals held in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
“Since we were doing the festivals, we move[d] to the area of Woodbridge, and we open[ed] the place of Ricos Tacos Moya,” Co-Owner Salvador Moya Sr. said in Spanish.
