Registration for the 34th annual Northern Virginia Senior Olympics opens today.
According to a release, the games will be held between September 10 and 21 this year, with more than 50 activities for seniors to participate in. Some of the activities for this year’s competition include a spelling bee, rummikub, Sudoku, and the 100-yard breaststroke, according to a release.

Any one that is 50 and older, or will be by December 31, and live in Northern Virginia are eligible to participate, stated a release.
There is a $12 fee that covers access to many of the competition activities, stated a release.
