Authors, an artist and a musician will be in the spotlight next month.
The Red Carpet Showcase is heading to the Montclair Country Club, 16500 Edgewood Drive, on December 2.
Held by the Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (PWCAC-DST), it will run from Noon to 3 p.m.

The free event highlights those who play instruments, writers and artists, according to a release from the sorority.
These emerging artists will be sharing their skills at this year’s Red Carpet Showcase:
- Evelyn Chatters, a painter who uses acrylic pours
- Liletta Harlem, the writer of multiple books
- Theo Scott, who plays the saxophone and is a Manassas Jazz Society member
- Jousett Service, the author of “Women’s Gut Health Over 50”
- Joscelyn “Jojo” Varlack-Hicks, who wrote “The Power of the Black Vote: And Government Tactics to Block It”
Youth are also participating in the program.
The event is offering refreshments and a chance to meet the five individuals. Books and artwork will be available for purchase.
