Citizens will be able to participate in and speak up at an upcoming meeting.
The Prince William County Racial and Social Justice Commission is holding a meeting on March 18.
It will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the McCoart Administration Building, 1 County Complex Court in Woodbridge.
The public is invited to attend and share comments.
Established by the Board of County Supervisors (BOCS), the commission seeks to look into racial and social justice for people of color.
In addition to reviewing Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) policies, it will consider the deliverance of government services.
The commission is going to look into the effect of Prince William County Public Schools’ (PWCS) policies on children of color, as well.
Meetings are held on the third Thursday each month.
