Quilters unite!
The annual Cabin Branch & Stone House Quilt Show is almost here. Hundreds of quilts will be on display.
The show is April 4, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.; and April 5, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.; at the Prince William County Fairgrounds, 10624 Dumfries Road in Manassas. Admission is $8 for adults and free for children under 12.
The event will be offering vendors as well as a scavenger hunt for children. Cabin Branch Quilters will be raffling off a quilt with the proceeds benefiting the Prince William County / Manassas Boys and Girls Clubs. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased by reaching out to Marianne Gravely at mhgravely@gmail.com.
According to their website, Cabin Branch Quilters is a guild that sponsors many educational activities and serve the community through quilt donation.
Stone House Quilters distributes quilts to various social service organizations and publishes a monthly newsletter. More information about the club can be found on their website.
