Participants of an upcoming yoga class will be joined by four-legged companions – puppies.
Puppy Yoga is occurring in Dumfries on July 23.

Advocates for Abused and Abandoned Pets (A3P) is teaming up with Abate Wellness for the event.
Starting at 10 a.m., the program will be held at the Humane Society of Northern Virginia (HSNV), which is powered by A3P. The humane society is located at 17983 Dumfries Shopping Plaza.
Tickets are required and can be found on eventbrite for $30. The proceeds are going to A3P. Space is limited.
Kids who are at least 13 years old may participate, as long as they are comfortable around animals and an adult is present.
Those who sign up for Puppy Yoga should bring their own mat and arrive 10 minutes before the class begins.
