There will be two public meetings to discuss the I-95 Express Lanes extension project into Fredericksburg.
One meeting will be held on March 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Freedom High School at 15201 Neabsco Mills Road in Woodbridge. The other meeting will be held on March 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Stafford High School at 63 Stafford Indians Lane in Fredericksburg.
“The project would extend I-95 Express Lanes approximately 10 miles south of Route 610 (Garrisonville Road) in Stafford County to the vicinity of Route 17. The facility is proposed to connect to the I-95 Southbound Rappahannock River Crossing project,” stated a release.
The meetings will both be held using an Open House format, with a presentation followed by audience questions. VDOT staff will be present to answer questions, stated a release.
