Prince William County residents will be able to speak up about a proposed residential development.
The Board of County Supervisors (BOCS) is hosting a public hearing about Ray’s Regarde on March 19.
It will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the McCoart Administration Building in Woodbridge.
If approved, the residential development would bring 325 townhouses and multi-family units to Woodbridge. They would be built on Horner Road, near the Prince William Parkway and I-95.

The Prince William County School Board has voiced opposition to the proposal, which could bring more students to the area.
Enrollment at the school system’s middle and high schools is exceeding capacity. It’s expected to surpass the capacity at Fred Lynn Middle School and Woodbridge Senior High School by the 2022-23 year.
Additionally, the board is opposed to transferring students to address overcrowding that may result from the proposed residential development.
