Proposed boundary plans for a local middle school will be shared this week.
Plans for “Potomac Shores” Middle School are being discussed at a virtual meeting that’s taking place between 7 and 9 p.m. on Thursday.
According to a release from Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), the school is expected to open for the 2021-22 year.
The plans could impact attendance at several schools — Beville Middle School in Dale City, Fred Lynn Middle School in Woodbridge, Graham Park Middle School in Triangle, Hampton Middle School in Dale City, Potomac Middle School in Dumfries, Rippon Middle school in Woodbridge, Saunders Middle School in Dale City, and Woodbridge Middle School.
Community members can share their thoughts on the proposed boundary plans through a few different methods.
