The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) promoted 13 of their own in a ceremony at George Mason University in Manassas.
“Sworn members of the Police Department were promoted to the ranks of lieutenant, first sergeant and sergeant. Civilian members of the Department were promoted to Public Safety Logistics Manager and Administrative Support Assistant III,” stated a release.
