Prince William County now has a new school board.
The newly elected and incumbent school board members were sworn in on December 10 at a ceremony at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center, according to a Prince William County Schools release.
The members will start their four year-terms on January 1, stated a release.
“It was great to see so many principals and administrators in attendance. As a board, I hope we can continue the unity and move forward with making the changes we need to be a truly world-class school system,” said newly elected School Board member Justin Wilk, about the ceremony.
The School Board members are:
Chairman-At-Large Elect Ryan Sawyers
Alyson Satterwhite – Gainesville
Lillie Jessie – Occoquan
Gil Trenum – Brentsville
Loree Williams – Woodbridge
William Deutsch – Coles
Diane Raulston – Neabsco
Justin Wilk – Potomac
