The Prince William Chapter of the Literacy Volunteers of America is hosting their annual Food for Thought fundraiser on June 7.
The event will be held at VFW Post 1503 at 14631 Minnieville Road from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Dale City.
Literacy Volunteers of America is an organization that provides tutoring services to individuals with difficulties with reading and writing, or that speak English as a Second Language.
The event will help the organization fund their program. Local restaurants have donated the food, and individuals will be able to meet with the students and tutors that help make the program a success.
