Today, the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue welcomed it’s new graduating class of recruits at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas.
According to a release, the group “consisted of 26 Fire and Rescue Technicians who successfully completed 26 weeks of rigorous academic and physical training at the Department’s Public Safety Training Center in Nokesville, Virginia.”
Each graduate completed more than 1,100 hours of training, including one week of health training, 11 weeks of fire training, and seven weeks of specialized training, according to a release.
