The newest class of Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue recruits graduated last week.
According to a release, the department held a graduate ceremony for the 25 recruits at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, presided over by Battalion Chief Chris Granger.
All of the recruits completed “26 weeks of rigorous academic and physical training at the Department’s Public Safety Training Center in Nokesville,” completing more than 1,200 hours of training, stated a release.
