College students have a chance to work alongside members of law enforcement.
The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) is accepting summer internship applications between March 1 and March 8.
Unpaid internships are being offered in various areas.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be in good academic standing.
They shouldn’t have been convicted of a felony or serious misdemeanor.
To apply, submit an online application, transcription from school, at least one letter of recommendation, and a cover letter that’s addressed to the Police Personnel Manager. The cover letter should contain the number of credit and internship hours needed and reporting guidelines.
