Head down to Potomac Mills Mall to check out some of the best police motorcyclists in the United States.
Hosted by the Prince William County Police Department, the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Police Rodeo is taking place through September 16 at 4 p.m.
βItβs two-fold β to make money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the second is to crown the best motorcycle rider in the police community in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States,β said Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Riding Committee President and Prince William police officer John Mora.
During the event, police officers from all over the Mid-Atlantic, like Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and local departments will compete in obstacle courses, and will be scored on their motorcycling riding skills.
The event is free and open to the public, and all money raised from purchasing items from vendors will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, according to Mora.
