It looks as though a Wawa location could take the place of the former site of Don Pablo’s in Manassas.
County documents show that a plan has been submitted to demolish the site of the former restaurant near I-66 at 10691 Davidson Place, and build the new gas station in its place.
The property is already zoned for this type of development, and the developer has also filed requests for signage on the 1.67-acre property, county records indicate.
The plans show 16 fueling stations at 8 pumps.
The requests are still in the approval process with Prince William County staff.
Another Wawa recently opened up on Liberia Avenue in Manassas.
