The deadline to pay your personal property taxes is coming up.
County residents have various options for making their payment, which is due October 7.
Checks can be mailed in an envelope that came with your tax bill. They must be made out to “Prince William County.”
Using eCheck, the county’s free payment system, is another option.
Community members may also pay their taxes using their debit or credit card by calling 1-888-2PAY-TAX or visiting the county’s website. Users will be charged a service free.
Directions on how to pay your taxes using eCheck and credit or debit cards are on the reverse side of the bill.
The county’s Taxpayer Service Offices are open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Their hours will be extended until 6:30 p.m. on October 3, October 4 and October 7.
They are located in the McCoart Administration Building, 1 County Complex Court in Woodbridge; the Ferlazzo Building, 15941 Donald Curtis Drive in Woodbridge; and the Sudley North Government Center, 7987 Ashton Avenue in Manassas.
Anyone who hasn’t received a tax bill or obtained one that wasn’t correct may reach out to the Taxpayer Service Office by calling 703-792-6710 or emailing TaxpayerServices@pwcgov.org.
