Patriot High School’s “Patriot Players” are champions, once more.
The team won the sectional championship at the VHSL Theatre One-Act Play Festival. This is the fifth time they have taken home the title in seven years.
Two Patriot High School seniors were also recognized for their skills.
Darian Nulph, who received the Outstanding Performer Award, was named the highest rated actor in the district.
Meanwhile, Thalia Roberts claimed a spot on the All-Star Cast.
The team is moving on to the VHSL Region One Act Play Competition, which is scheduled for February 10 at George C. Marshall High School in Falls Church.
