Child Abuse Prevention is being recognized this month.
The public can participate in a variety of activities. Painting rocks is one of them.
The rocks can feature pictures and words based around child abuse prevention, according to a release from the Office of Communications.
When they’re done, artists may place them around the neighborhood or add a photo of them to the posts on the Prince William County Facebook or Twitter.
More tasks can be found on a calendar the Department of Social Services created. The calendar is on Prince William County’s website.
