Prince William County is making it easier for businesses to collect information about local communities.
The Department of Economic Development has created a online tool that seeks to promote business investment, relocation and expansion in the county.
Business leaders may use it to gain insight about the community, demographics and businesses, according to a release.
The resource also allows them to compare Prince William County communities and learn about the workforce.
It can help accelerate multiple procedures.
“By expediting the site selection and research process, we enable stakeholders, businesses, companies, developers and brokers the ability to quickly analyze a business site’s compatibility, and in turn, increase our abilities to deliver greater customer services,” the department’s Executive Director, Jeff Kaczmarek, said in a release.
