The email and phone system for Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission’s (PRTC) commuter bus service is down.
OmniRide is unable to communicate with passengers due to the malfunction, which is the result of a damaged Verizon cable, according to PRTC Media Contact and Public Relations Specialist Christine Rodrigo.
Officials are unsure of when the system will begin working again.
