The Old Centreville Road Bridge will be back to two lanes, starting tomorrow.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) traffic on the bridge will reopen tomorrow morning.
“Since February, traffic has been reduced to one lane and has been controlled in both directions by temporary traffic signals. The signals will be removed Saturday, and all remaining bridge work will be completed using flaggers,” stated a release.
Flaggers will be onsite working Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., stated VDOT.
The project is slated for completion this fall.
