Old Bridge Road in the Occoquan District is receiving a few updates.
Community members will be able to hear more information this week.
A virtual presentation about the Old Bridge Road alignment will be posted on the Prince William County Department of Transportation website at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, according to a release from the Office of Communications. Citizens may provide input, as well.
Expected to cost $11.5 million, the road work seeks to address traffic congestion.
The curves near and in the Occoquan Road intersection will be realigned.
Officials will also install a right turn lane to Occoquan Road, crosswalks and ramps, and a new traffic signal.
