Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) is hosting a job fair to recruit adjunct faculty for the college on January 27.
The fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Brault Building on NOVA’s Annandale Campus at 4001 Wakefield Chapel Road.
During the event, individuals interested in an adjunct position can meet with NOVA deans and faculty from all of NOVA’s six campuses.

“Although requirements may vary, some career and technical courses require an associate degree and two years occupational experience while others may be based on certifications and occupational experience,” stated a release.

Candidates for all adjunct positions are expected to have an understanding of instructional technology and, as needed, to receive training in such tools as the Blackboard learning management system. To expedite the check-in and review process, participants should bring one form of government issued ID, unofficial transcript(s), a resume or curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter.
