Local motorcycle riders are going to be wearing poker faces on August 3.
Serve Our Willing Warriors (SOWW), a non-profit that runs the Warrior Retreat at Bull Run in Haymarket, is having a Motorcycle Poker Run on August 3.
The Warrior Retreat at Bull Run serves as a getaway for service members and their families. It opened a new home on the property in December.
Those taking part in the sixth annual event will ride from the Haymarket Walmart, 6530 Trading Square, to the warrior retreat, 16013 Waterfall Road.
Along the way, they will stop at various checkpoints and take playing cards. The ride begins at 10 a.m, according to a release from SOWW.
