Nokesville commuters might want to consider alternative routes.
Hazelwood Drive from Fleetwood Drive to Carriage Ford Road will be closed early next week.
Between 9 a.m. on Monday and 3 p.m. on November 1, officials will be replacing stormwater pipes.
Individuals who live or work in the closed section, emergency vehicles, and school buses will be permitted in the area, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
However, they won’t be allowed to travel past the pipe replacement work.
Remaining traffic will be directed to Fleetwood Drive, Aden Road, Carriage Ford Road and Hazelwood Drive.
