The new Sheetz in Woodbridge is underway, and expected to open in July.
According to Prince William’s Current Planning Manager Stephen Donohue, “Sheetz is moving right ahead with the necessary approvals for construction.”
Construction on the new location, which is near the corner of Telegraph Road and Caton Hill Road, began back in November 2015.
The Sheetz will be just down the road from industry competitor Wawa.
The 6,900 square foot store will have gas pumps and be open 24-hours a day, according to a release.
According to a release, Greysteel brokered a deal for a 15-year ground lease for the site for $4.639 million.
